§ 2-229. Revenues.

  • (a)

    All revenues derived from sewer charges, assessments, impact fees or availability charges for general operation and maintenance of public service commission projects and services shall be deposited with the treasurer of the county.

    (b)

    All revenue from charges, fees, assessments or taxes imposed for the purpose of capital improvement or debt retirement shall be held and maintained by the county treasurer.

    (c)

    Any proceeds derived from bond sales, ad valorem or special taxes for special tax districts imposed by the county for capital improvements shall be disbursed for the specific purpose for which the funds were created in accordance with county fiscal policy.
