§ 8-78. Removal of placard or notice.

It shall be unlawful for any person to remove a placard or notice from any dwelling or dwelling unit which has been condemned as unfit for human habitation and placarded as such. Any such person found guilty of violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 1-7.
