§ 2-202. Organization and meetings.

The cultural commission annually shall elect a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, a treasurer and such other officers as it deems necessary. The commission shall meet not less than 11 times each year and at other times as called by the chairman or upon the written request by a majority of the commissioners. A quorum for the transaction of business shall require the presence of at least seven members of the commission at any regular or specially called meeting. The commission shall report on its activities periodically in writing to the county council as requested by the council.
